Medical Negligence Solicitor

Claire has worked in the medical negligence field since 2003, qualifying as a solicitor in February 2009.

Over her career to date, Claire has worked at several leading firms in London and the South West. She has a Master of Laws (LLM) in Healthcare Law & Ethics from the University of Manchester and has been a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence accreditation scheme since October 2013.

Claire has experience in a wide range of medical negligence claims including but not limited to those involving surgery, childbirth, delays in diagnosis of cancer, emergency care, and general practice.

She has particular expertise in cases involving complex issues of liability and/or medicine, and is also able to advise and assist clients in connection with fatal claims and inquests.

Outside of work Claire enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Her interests include British wildlife, good music, good books, and creative arts. She is a governor at a first school in Somerset.
